Where this Richardson roofline meets the brick wall, the uneven joint left an opening rodents could use to climb up and slip into the attic. Our tech covered the entire junction with new metal flashing, shaped to sit tight against the brick and fascia and down onto the shingles. Rats and mice cannot chew through the metal, so this way in is now closed before the cooler months arrive.
