I recently began service with Pest Me Off. I moved from Virginia, where I had pest control services with EcoShield Pest Control. I used them for 6 years and had nothing but a positive experience. Thus, I reached out to EcoShield in Plano to set up service. It was an utter nightmare of incompetence, extraordinarily deficient Customer Service & outright dishonesty with several versions of Contracts they asked me to sign. After having my initial appointment summarily canceled, without notification the day of my first appointment & continued with issues regarding the contact details, I concluded the Plano Office was being deceptive. Additionally, their pricing structure was so much more expensive for my new property, which was half the size of the home & lot I owned in Virginia. It didn't make any sense the more I thought about it. I was left feeling angry & disappointed with EcoShield of Plano. I then began to research other Pest Control Services. I came across Pest Me Off. I researched their reputation & went on multiple sites to read Customer Reviews. It was a reshing experience & totally opposite that of EcoShield. I initially spoke with Keegan. He was very honest, helpful & kind. He completely explained their services, as it related to my concerns & the treatment options available. He gave me several choices. I felt extremely comfortable with their pricing structure & chose to have an inspection performed & move forward with treatment. Jordan was the service professional who performed the inspection & pest treatment. He was thorough, professional, kind & helpful. He reviewed his assessment, following his inspection, & provided me with his service recommendations regarding my concerns. I was satisfied with what he proposed, as well as the initial pest treatment he performed. I was given an estimate for Wildlife Lock Out & Exclusion Services, which was affordable & reasonable. After being taken advantage of in Virginia, by multiple unscrupulous Contractors & Vendors, I've become more cautious in selecting service providers. Which was my reason for backing away from EcoShield of Plano. I'm completely comfortable with Pest Me Off & belive them to be upfront & honest. They aren't pushy about signing you up for treatments you don't need or want. They were very responsive & put me on their schedule immediately. Customer Service is a huge factor for me. Both Keegan & Jordan excelled in this area. I would highly recommend using Pest Me Off. (FYI, My pricing structure included additional services requested, based on prior experiences at multiple homes, which had a variety of issues. I wanted to be proactive and guard against these experiences occurring at my present property.)

My goal is to work with companies & people with morals, principles & those who strive to do the right thing for the right reason. I can't say enough great things about Pest Me Off! I was dealing with an early stage carpet beetle infestation, and it was honestly overwhelming. We had a contract with a different well known pest control company who failed to determine the source of the problem, and also refused to treat it. However, from the very first call, Pest Me Off was extremely responsive, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Keagan helped me to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day and made sure the owner knew all the details. What really stood out was their level of commitment. The owner, Ryan, personally came out three separate times to make sure the problem was completely taken care of. That kind of hands-on service is rare these days, and it made a huge difference in my peace of mind. They worked efficiently, explained everything clearly (including pictures, videos, and a very thorough service report) of the completed service, and went above and beyond to ensure my home was fully treated and protected. Thanks to them, what felt like a potential nightmare situation was resolved much faster than I expected.

As a parent, that information meant everything to me. Keegan took the time to make sure I understood what products were being used and how to keep my family, including my kids, safe. Dylan completed the entire process explaining every step of the way with reports and pictures! 5 STAR for this company, owner Ryan, Dylan and the office help. Dylan worked with my schedule which was very important and appreciated! I highly recommend this company and am continuing my Pest control service with them. Thank you very much. We recently had pest control service performed by Pest Me Off at our home in Frisco, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dylan was punctual, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the treatment process. He also provided helpful recommendations on steps we could take to maximize the effectiveness of the service. We received treatment for a seasonal ant issue, along with comprehensive coverage for rodents and other pests. The entire visit was efficient, thorough, and hassle-free. Last Fall, we had both squirrels and roof-rats in our attic.. driving our poor cat to distraction. After we saw Pest-Me-Off's excellent on-line reviews, we quickly gave them a call. Ryan came out and fully assessed the situation going over every detail of their pest exclusion and prevention plan with us. Next, their team came out to apply several techniques to extract the pests. Then they applied barriers to multiple potential exterior points of entry. And finally, they inspected the work with us and patiently answered all our questions. We heard horror stories from our neighbors who hired other companies that needed to come out several times after claiming that the pests were gone. Both Ryan and Dylan were extremely meticulous, customer-focused, and effective. We strongly recommend them.

Dylan did a great job at our house. He was very thorough and addressed all the issues including wasp nest removal. He even discovered carpenter ants and helped with that. Glad we signed up for quarterly treatment so our house will be pest free!

The follow-up after the first treatment was excellent, and we could clearly see improvement in roach control. They are very knowledgeable about handling roaches. Dylan always did his best to take care of the roach issues at our property and explained the treatment process clearly so customers could understand how things were progressing.

After a horrible experience with a big national pest control company (three visits and zero results), we called Pest Me Off, and the difference was unbelievable. The owner came out first thing the next morning to talk with us, inspect everything, and actually explain what was going on. He took so much time educating us and helping us understand the solution. Both Dylan and Ryan are amazing and I highly recommend. You can tell not only they're knowledgeable, they're passionate about what they do and care enough to want you to be pest free. I live in an apartment complex so the apt provides pest control but they are awful. I've been having issues with roaches and it recently occurred to me to just get my own pest control. Submitted a contact us form online and Ryan (owner) himself called me. He immediately put me at ease and then Dylan came over to inspect and treat my place. They explained in detail and did a detailed initial flush. More treatments to go but I'm already feeling the difference. Thank you both!!!

I really enjoyed meeting Ryan and am very impressed with his wealth of knowledge and how he conducts his business! He really knows how to treat his customers very well. He is very personable and patient and kind. He also was able to provide a one-time service to my mother-in-law for rats, fire ants and wasps, and we are very happy to have that all resolved going forward. Pest Me Off is a great locally owned pest control company and I highly recommend them. The are very responsive, answering emergencies, "uh, when did these wasps move in" and thorough while being non intrusive and proactive during the general maintenance visits. Their prices are reasonable compared to prior companies we have dealt with.

Awesome people! We heard scratching in the wall behind our fireplace. Dylan came out and put a camera in the vent outside and there he was just staring up at him! He took the time and went the extra mile to keep checking with the camera because the bird kept moving all over the place. We don't know how it got in there but we were sent an angel to get him to safety! Thank you Dylan for your persistence and helping the little guy out! Please make them your 1st call! Dylan Venzke and the Pest Me Off team did an amazing job! We have 4 huge ant piles in our front yard that started to spread like wild fire, and I was searching for an exterminator to come take care of the job. I called Pest Me Off and Ryan, the owner, answered the phone and not only gave me an incredible deal to take care of the ant piles, but we chose take advantage of their full pest control services for inside/outside of our home! We have roach problems in our townhouse. Pest me off is the only company that accepted my service request and the only one who literally did a great job to effectively control the roach situation. The previous two other companies either denied my request or refunded me after the first visit saying they cannot do it for a townhouse. Ryan and his team are professional, friendly and reliable. Pest Me Off cares! I cannot truly explain how compassionate these team is. They really care about a families safety when it comes to Pest. Scorpions and brown recluse are two of the main pest in our home. Ryan is always so helpful and answers any questions I have. My home has very young children and one who is nonverbal who doesn't understand fear of these pest so having a team behind my home who goes above and beyond to protect my kids is tier 1. The team is always very kind and informative during the appointment. Also, they are affordable. I can say the products they use are safe and effective I have seen such a decrease in these creatures that I am not paranoid anymore or worrying about my kids playing freely. All the other companies charge extra for hornet and mosquito removal, yet this company was the only one to advise me that I had May flies and not mosquitoes. These guys are the best. They referred me to someone who could help me with a rat problem. They also provided me additonal information on services and took the time to educate me on options. It was all about quality, addressing concerns and affordability. If they cant do somethng they will send help you find a solution. Highly recommend. Pest Me Off is an amazing small company! What I love most about them is how friendly and attentive they are. They work with you to address your specific concerns, and their prices are much more reasonable compared to Moxie, which I used before. Their customer service is top-notch, they came the same day I reported seeing a rat near my garage! Plus, they eliminated the tiny ants in my backyard completely. Rayan is so awesome! I told him I'm scared of rats and snakes, and he even blocked the opening next to my garage door to help keep them out. They do an excellent job, and I highly recommend them!

Great service! Ryan is the best! He came over the same day I called and was willing to work with me on price, taught me about Box Elder Bugs and Rats and then even discovered spiders webs around my staircase I never knew about. Treated the inside of my house and garage and is sending a tech back next week after the snow (hopefully) goes away. I called several other companies that couldn't get over here until next week. I went with the Mickey Plan for rodents and that name cracked me up. Pest Me Off is awesome

Absolutely the best pest control company….. hands down. I moved into a what I thought was a nice apartment complex. I moved into a nightmare. I moved into a roach infestation. The complex ignored my requests to address the problem. I ended up calling Pest Me Off. My first conversation was w Clayton, who is an absolute professional. I knew this was the company for me. The owner has taken great care to fix my issue. Great communication and they have been very consistent with helping me get rid of my roach problem. Don't consider another company….. you will not be disappointed having them service your pest control needs!

I had rodents within my walls, and it was incredibly difficult to find anyone willing to extract the dead animals. Ryan and Clayton not only handled the extraction but also fit me into their schedule on Christmas Eve. They were professional, accommodating, and truly amazing. I'm so grateful for their help and highly recommend their services!

I don't write many reviews but they are so good. We had a wasp invasion and they answered the phone on a Sunday. They came over the next day. The owner is amazing, very kind and helpful. He took care of our wasps and was super nice, like we were friends. Also the price is great and with the service they did it was a real value. I'm a fan and recommend them.

Found 4 household roaches in my RV. I freaked out called everywhere couldn't find anyone to service an RV. We're very happy we signed up with Pest Me Off when we moved into our new place in Allen. Even before we moved in we noticed that wasps love our patio and eaves, so we looked for good local pest control companies as soon as we moved in. Although Pest Me Off seemed like a newer company, I really liked that they published their prices directly on their website, I didn't see anyone else who did that. When I called in, they were very friendly and gave me the impression they knew exactly how to help with our wasp problem. We now subscribe to their monthly plan to get free visits whenever we notice more problem bugs. Just today we had Ryan come out to take a look at some new mud dauber nests that we didn't see the first time around. Ryan went above and beyond, finding and addressing a yellow jacket nest we didn't know about, along with many fire ant hills and other pests around our house, backyard, and fence line. Thanks to Pest Me Off, our family can enjoy our backyard and patio without worrying about getting bit or stung.

I was very pleased with the work performed by Pest Me Off. I initially called because of seeing ants in several places around my house. The company came out quickly to treat for those, but I had them inspect for any other creatures that didn't belong. Apparently, my storage house was home to many insects of every variety. There are no signs of life there now! I highly recommend them!

I was away from the house for work when the technician Mike came my, but my wife was there. She said he was very thorough and did a great job. Apparently, he even found a huge wasp nest under our 4 yr olds outdoor playground that none of us knew about. She also said he was great about explaining everything at the end. I reached out to several companies before choosing Pest Me Off and I'm happy I did. Highly recommended.

To start, these guys picked up when I called. They were friendly and professional and actually came out that day. Service from Mike was excellent! I originally called AllSafe as I had used them for many years in the past. This was not the same organization I used to deal with. They made an assumption that I wanted service even before I said hello and were more interested in taking me through their Q&A form than listening to why I called. In the end, they required a minimum 1 year contract and had a $200 cancelation fee. I only new this when I read the contract emailed over…the rep never brought it up. The AllSafe I dealt with in the 90's and 2000's was month to month…but more importantly, they would have never tried to hide this. When a companies culture promotes deception, it's usually pervasive across the entire organization. That's why I ditched AllSafe and am now a PestMeOff customer!!

We all know that when the summer months arrive, the over abundance of pests do too. After a few weeks of trying to battle the spiders myself, making me feel like I was in my own version of a Syfy(SciFi) movie, I decided to give the guys at Pest Me Off a call and I'm glad I did! I can go back to living my life like I'm in a Rom-Com without all the 8 legged freaks. They even found some wasps nests I wasn't aware of and got rid of them too. Great people, great service, HIGHLY recommend!!

Sam the owner called me right back within an hour of contacting him saying he would be right over to get rid of 7 wasps nest for me. He was professional from the start introducing himself and immediately going to work. He knocked down all the wasps nest and even found one more. He genuinely cared to do it completely and went beyond the call of duty to search the entire premise for more. He did not leave until he felt satisfied the job was complete. We do not see this kind of amazing work anymore!! I am so satisfied!! This is incredible that the care for great work mattered so much and that his customer was left safe from harm. Let me start by saying: I don't do bugs! Unsure if it was because of the wet weather, but I suddenly had a run of critters at my place recently. So gross! Wasn't about to try to get rid of them myself. Called Pest Me Off and, because they're a local company, they scheduled my service for the next day. I showed the tech around my property and, being from the area, he knew exactly what type of bugs they were and where to spray to get rid of them fast! He answered all of my questions and I feel he understood my concerns about keeping my pets safe from the chemicals. The application was finished quickly and then he was on his way! One of the easiest, most friendly experiences I've had. Will call them again in the future if the need arises (this is Texas, so I know it will!).
