Pest Control Services

1.1 Services Offered

Residential Pest Control: Quarterly and one-time treatments for homes
Commercial Pest Control: Customized pest management for businesses
Rodent Control: Mice and rat removal, exclusion, and proofing
Insect Control: Ants, roaches, spiders, scorpions, wasps, mosquitoes, fleas, ticks
Pest Exclusion: Sealing entry points to prevent future infestations
Free Estimates: No-obligation property inspections and quotes

1.2 Service Area

We service McKinney, Allen, Plano, Frisco, Prosper, The Colony, Little Elm, Melissa, Princeton, Fairview, Carrollton, Anna, Celina, Farmersville, and surrounding North Texas communities. Service availability may vary by location.

1.3 Service Appointment and Access

By scheduling a service appointment, you grant Pest Me Off and our licensed technicians permission to access your property, inspect interior and exterior areas for pest activity, and apply EPA-registered pest control products as needed.

You are responsible for providing accurate property access information, securing pets during appointments, removing personal items from treatment areas as instructed, and following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.

1.4 Treatment Effectiveness and Re-Service

While we use industry-leading methods and products, pest control results depend on many factors. We stand behind our work and will re-service at no additional charge if pest activity returns between scheduled treatments, subject to our service guarantee terms.

1.5 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Contact us at (972) 866-4720 or info@pestmeoff.com. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in service fees.

Pricing and Payment

2.1 Service Fees

Pricing is provided during your free estimate and confirmed before service. Prices vary based on property size, pest species and severity, treatment method, and service frequency.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH/bank transfers, and cash or check with approved credit. Payment processing is handled securely through FieldRoutes.

2.3 Recurring Service Agreements

For quarterly or monthly plans, you authorize Pest Me Off to charge your payment method automatically before each scheduled service. You may cancel recurring services at any time with 30 days written notice.

2.4 Late Payments

Past due accounts may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month, suspension of service, or referral to a collection agency. The customer is responsible for collection costs.

SMS / Text Message Terms

By providing your mobile number to Pest Me Off, you expressly consent to receive text messages including appointment confirmations, service notifications, technician arrival alerts, billing reminders, pest prevention tips, and promotional offers.

3.2 Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies by service schedule. Active customers may receive up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply as determined by your carrier. Pest Me Off does not charge for text messages.

3.3 Opt-Out and Help

STOP
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out of all messages. You will receive one final confirmation.
HELP
Reply HELP or INFO for assistance, or call (972) 866-4720. Text START to opt back in after opting out.

Website Use and License

Pest Me Off grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use pestmeoff.com for personal, non-commercial purposes related to obtaining pest control services.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

Copying, reproducing, or distributing website content without permission
Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our website
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
Using our website to harm, defame, or harass others
Removing copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

4.3 User Submissions

If you submit reviews, testimonials, or photos to Pest Me Off, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for marketing and business purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Pest Me Off website — including text, graphics, logos, images, pest identification guides, and service descriptions — is the property of Pest Me Off, LLC or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. The Pest Me Off name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Pest Me Off, LLC.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including review platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp), social media pages, and payment processors (FieldRoutes). Pest Me Off is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party websites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

Service Guarantees and Warranties

7.1 Service Guarantee

For customers on quarterly or monthly plans, we guarantee our work between scheduled services. If pest activity returns, we will re-service at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to one-time services, new pest infestations different from original treatment, pest activity caused by customer actions, or accounts with past-due balances.

7.2 Limitation of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, PEST ME OFF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PEST ME OFF IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $1,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8.3 Property Damage

Pest Me Off carries general liability insurance for property damage caused by our negligence during service. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.

8.4 Health and Safety

You are responsible for disclosing health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before service, following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions, and keeping children and pets away from treated areas as directed.

Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and usage practices including collection of contact and property information, use of cookies and tracking technologies, and communication via email, phone, and text message.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, analyze website traffic (Google Analytics), deliver targeted advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel), and improve website performance. Changes to Terms

Pest Me Off reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective 30 days after posting for existing customers, and immediately for new customers. We will notify active customers by email or text for material changes. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.

Termination

12.1 Termination by Customer

You may cancel pest control services at any time by providing 30 days written notice to info@pestmeoff.com or (972) 866-4720.

12.2 Termination by Pest Me Off

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for non-payment, violation of these Terms, unsafe property conditions, abusive behavior toward employees, or fraudulent activity.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

13.1 Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact Pest Me Off in writing at 8751 Collin McKinney Parkway, Suite 302, McKinney, TX 75070 or info@pestmeoff.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in Collin County, Texas (or by phone/video if parties agree). The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND PEST ME OFF AGREE THAT DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING.

13.6 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days of first using our services to the address in Section 13.1.

13.8 Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any litigation (if arbitration does not apply) must be brought in state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

Licensing and Compliance

Pest Me Off, LLC is a licensed pest control operator in the State of Texas, TDA Licensed TPCL #0937184. We comply with the Texas Structural Pest Control Act, EPA pesticide regulations, OSHA safety standards, and Texas Department of Agriculture licensing requirements.

All technicians are licensed or work under the supervision of licensed pest control operators. License information is available upon request.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pest Me Off.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. Pest Me Off may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or acquisition.
Force Majeure: Pest Me Off shall not be liable for delays due to causes beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or equipment failures.
Electronic Communications: You consent to receive communications from Pest Me Off electronically via email, text message, and website notices.
