We serve 14 cities across Collin County and surrounding areas, and every job is handled by technicians who know this area because they work in it every day. Ryan Beyer, Co-Owner and President
Ryan Beyer has spent more than 16 years working in pest control and wildlife management, and most of that time was spent doing the actual work: inspecting homes, treating infestations, sealing entry points, and figuring out why pests kept coming back even after a treatment. That ground-level experience is what shaped how Pest Me Off approaches every job.
His background is broader than most in this industry. He has worked in service, sales, and operations, and he brings a parallel background in construction and hospitality that shows up in two specific ways at Pest Me Off. On the technical side, it means the team is equipped to handle structural work and wildlife exclusion that most pest control companies are not set up to do. On the service side, it means every customer interaction is treated with the same standard of professionalism you would expect from a business where customer experience is the whole product.
Ryan describes his career as "paid training." Every job, every pest type, every situation that did not go according to plan added to the knowledge he brought back to McKinney when he built Pest Me Off. That accumulated experience is the foundation every technician on the team is trained against.

Free Re-Service Guarantee
If pests return between scheduled visits, Pest Me Off comes back at no charge. If activity returns before your next treatment, something was incomplete in the application or the source was not fully identified. Either way, that is our responsibility to correct. We stand behind the work rather than treat a callback as a separate service call.
No-Contract Options Available
National chains depend on annual contracts to lock in revenue regardless of results. Ryan built Pest Me Off around a different belief: if the work is good, homeowners come back because they want to. We offer no-contract options because we would rather earn your continued business by solving the problem than hold you to a commitment you did not need to make.
