Software License Agreement

This agreement covers the Pest Me Off Financials app, software Pest Me Off, LLC built for its own bookkeeping. The app shows the company’s own profit and loss, balances and income, read from the company’s own QuickBooks Online account.

Only the owners of Pest Me Off, LLC and the staff they approve may use the app, and every user signs in with a company account. The app is not sold, offered or licensed to anyone outside the company, and no right to use it is granted to anyone else.

The app reads Pest Me Off’s own books and no one else’s. It only reads from QuickBooks and never changes anything there. What it reads is kept in the company’s private cloud account and is not shared or sold. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The company can disconnect the app from QuickBooks at any time, from within QuickBooks Online or by contacting us.

The app is provided as is, for internal use. Its figures are a working view of the books, and QuickBooks Online remains the official record.

We may update this agreement from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date above.
